TRAVELLING BY CAR?
The Mini Museum is located in the very centre of Amsterdam. It can be quite challenging to find a parking spot, and when you do, parking fees are steep. Paid parking near the museum is best in the Kalverstraat. A cheaper option for travellers by car is parking at a P + R on the outskirts of the city. You can then travel into the city centre by public transport. A great way to see some of our enchanting capital.
TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
The Mini Museum is very easily reached on foot or by public transportation. From Central Station it is about a 20 minute walk for adults. Along the route you will cross the famous Dam and walk along the popular main street Kalverstraat or the more quiet Rokin. Or reach the museum shop from Central Station within a few minutes via tram 4 or 14 (second stop Rokin) or metro 52 towards South (first stop Rokin).
The Mini Museum in the heart of Amsterdam is set up in a historic building. The entrance has a threshold of approximately 20 cm and the door is 113 cm wide.
