Wie is de drieling?
De drieling woont in het Muizenhuis. Het zijn Sam’s kleine broertjes en zusje. Hoewel ze klein zijn van formaat zijn ze groots in speelsheid! Het liefst gaat de drieling naar de speeltuin, om zandkastelen te bouwen in de zandbak. Of met mama en papa mee boodschappen doen. Shipping to Luxembourg is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €9.95.
Delivery is handled by DPD courier service. Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with a purchase, in most cases, you can return it. Sam & Julia follows these rules:
- You don't have to give a reason for the return and request for a refund.
- Sam & Julia receives the product back within 14 days after purchase.
- The product is unused and in new condition.
- The customer pays for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt, Sam & Julia transfers the product price to your account. Note: this is the product price excluding shipping costs.
