Avec ces matrices de découpe magnifiquement conçues, vous pouvez facilement les réaliser vous-même. L'ensemble contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour décorer un magasin. Shipping to Luxembourg is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €9.95.
Delivery is handled by DPD courier service. Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with a purchase, in most cases, you can return it. Sam & Julia follows these rules:
- You don't have to give a reason for the return and request for a refund.
- Sam & Julia receives the product back within 14 days after purchase.
- The product is unused and in new condition.
- The customer pays for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt, Sam & Julia transfers the product price to your account. Note: this is the product price excluding shipping costs.
Don't forget to include the invoice, your address, and account number with the return package!
