Ontmoet Ella, het vriendinnetje van Sam en Julia. Samen met Sam oefent ze voor hun optreden in het theater en het hele Muizenhuis komt kijken. Shipping to Luxembourg is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €9.95.
Delivery is handled by DPD courier service. Orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with a purchase, in most cases, you can return it. Sam & Julia follows these rules:
- You don't have to give a reason for the return and request for a refund.
- Sam & Julia receives the product back within 14 days after purchase.
- The product is unused and in new condition.
- The customer pays for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt, Sam & Julia transfers the product price to your account. Note: this is the product price excluding shipping costs.
Don't forget to include the invoice, your address, and account number with the return package!
